Mamaia Carnival 2014 turned the resort’s center in opening of Fashion Summer Festival 2014 into the fascinating ancient Greece through explosive gladiatorial fights
Saturday, July 5, in front of a record number of tourists, Constanta’s Mayor Radu Mazare became the famous Roman emperor Caesar. Joining him on the grandiose FashionTV stage in Casino Square star Mihaela Radulescu was beautiful Cleopatra. The exceptional couple aroused in tourist’s minds the emotions of the unique scene when Cleopatra is brought to Caesar.
But the magic night did not stop here; the crowd astonished in front of the spectacular moments with fighting gladiators, ancient gods, musicians, circus performers, fire tricks and belly dancing. Over 100 actors and professionals, with themed floats made public delight in a fabulous parade.
Floats participating in the opening of Mamaia Carnival 2014 were: the float of Constanta’s city hall and the floats of clubs Crema, Ego, Luv, Princess, Coyote Ugly, Tan Tan, Bellagio, Fratelli, Le Gaga.
Mamaia Carnival 2014 is part of the Fashion Summer Mamaia Festival 2014, a project organized by FashionTV Romania and Constanta City Hall.
